[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#718982: docbook2x cannot be installed anymore

Dear Maintainer,

please consider upload of my package available on mentors [1], because now docbook2x cannot be installed on sid anymore. I cannot build/rebuild anymore packages I maintain in debian.

I can adopt the package.
