[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#721602: libxslt1-dev: libxslt.pc should include -lm

When I try to link WebKit using the gold linker I get the following
error:

/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/4.7/../../../x86_64-linux-gnu/libxslt.so: error: undefined reference to 'floor'
/usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-linux-gnu/4.7/../../../x86_64-linux-gnu/libxslt.so: error: undefined reference to 'pow'
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

This problem is fixed if I add -lm to the Libs section in libxslt.pc

That seems to be present upstream, but for some reason the Debian
package has that flag removed (0002-fix-autoconf-automake.patch),
what's the reason for that?
