[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#807807: libxml2: Fails to compress files on write (read is ok)

Dear Maintainer,

setting xmlSetDocCompressMode with any value 1 .. 9 is ineffective. The read of compressed files still works.
xmlGetDocCompressMode reports the value passed in.
