[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#803998: linuxdoc-tools: Please remove dependency on obsolete sp package

Package: linuxdoc-tools

linuxdoc-tools depends and build depends on the sp package which will be
removed from Debian.  Both have an alternate dependency on opensp, which
will not be removed.  So, just changing "sp | opensp" to "opensp" in
debian/control (two places) will suffice.
