This package has been orphaned, so I'd say, just go ahead with the
upload. Don't forget to push your changes to Git.
In the last upload I've imported the package into Git on collab-maint to
make QA uploads a bit simpler.

Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the
universe are pointed away from Earth?
