[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#834714: libxslt1-dev: arch-dependent file in "Multi-Arch: same" package

Dear Maintainers,


The xsltconfig.h file is still architecture-dependent. The LIBXSLT_DEFAULT_PLUGINS_PATH() line is the only code differing between architectures.


If the file is to remain architecture-dependent, it should probably move to /usr/include/<triplet>/libxslt.

This would enable better multi-arch support for the package.
