I applied this to git, will be in the next release.

Given that I see it is fixed in ubuntu already (by just removing the
include, instead of making it optional), I suppose there is no need for
me do to upload it.
Thank you for taking the time to inform us (rather than just to upload
to ubuntu and forget!).
