[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#939785: libxslt1.1: 1.1.32 prints "xsltReleaseLocalRVTs: Unexpected RVT flag (nil)" and sometimes produces broken xmls

Package: libxslt1.1
Version: 1.1.32-2.1
Severity: important

The "xsltReleaseLocalRVTs" problem is fixed upstream in 1.1.33 (released
in January), but debian still only provides 1.1.32.

In the past I just ignored the spurious output, but now I've seen
actually invalid xmls (broken UTF-8 encoding) produced by 1.1.32.

With 1.1.29-5 things work fine.

(Using Ubuntu's 1.1.33 .deb would require glibc 2.29, which is also not
in debian yet.)
