Apparently this version was also uploaded soon after, cf.
<https://tracker.debian.org/news/1346162/accepted-libxslt-1135-1-source-into-unstable/>,
including an updated debian/watch.

However, the latter now indicates the availability of 1.1.38, hence
just updating this bug's title accordingly.
