[xml/sgml-pkgs] Bug#1105190: libxml2: FIX build with lld

Package: src:libxml2
Version: 2.12.7+dfsg+really2.9.14-0.4

We don't enable SAX1, so there are no docb* symbols.
And xmlDllMain is for win32 only.

LLVM ld emits errors for this case.
