That said I backported this: https://salsa.debian.org/xml-sgml-team/xmlsec1/-/commit/02623be09baf37ac7e080e943c524a82bf6088c1
But given the size of the diff I'd probaly prefer doing a xmlsec1 transition together with the openssl 4 one.
