Dear Maintainer,

There is currently no easy way to have a package that uses libxml2 both
in forky and trixie (via backports). trixie has 2.9 and 2.9 will be gone
in forky, per Bug#1112209 libxml2.9: do not release with forky:

It means that to backport software that uses libxml2 to trixie-backports
we currently need to go back to libxml2.9, which is not ideal.

I think releasing a backport of v2.15 to trixie-backports would also
allow to backport all software that will migrate from 2.9 to 2.15 and
that want to be available in trixie via backports.
