another cjk problem which I cannot solve on my own.

This part is easily solved by adding/changing build-depends: Plus
latex-cjk-japanese-wadalab, and
cjk-latex -> latex-cjk-all,
tfm-arphic-* -> latex-cjk-chinese-arphic-*
However, the taiwanese document still fails, and strangely it does this
while loading uwasy.fd (which doesn't have any connection to CJK AFAIK):
