[debiandoc-sgml-pkgs] Re: maint-guide: FTBFS: debiandoc2latexps: ERROR: maint-guide.ja.dvi could not be generated properly

Ah, I was wrong: with "infile" and "outfile" you probably mean to use
"<" and ">", right?  Ok.

Anyway, I have the added the following lines in maint-guide's Makefile
and it solves the zh_TW guide.
