[debiandoc-sgml-pkgs] Bug#229849: How to add arbitual latex initialization

Hi,

This is reminder for people wondering about how to perform requested
activity with post 1.2.4 version.

Read the README.Debian and manpage to find out how to use the new
-X option.

Create local duplicate of .../Locale/ directory and edit LaTeX file to
add any latex code you want to insert into the data.

Then run debiandoc2* tools with -X option.
