Hi, The fundamental DTD difference such as <em> in <file> or <var> in <example> will be quite difficult to fix. Unless patches are filed, this will be unlikely to be fixed by me. Also few rarely apearing tags, I did not have good fix. I fixed ones which was simple though :-) in 102 .
