Severity: important
Current debiandoc2text does not care about multibyte characters. So the
logic to fold line does not care where it inserts line break.
Basically, you are not supposed to do such thing under CJK since there
are no spaces separating words too.
There should be a swtch to enable "DO NOT ADD L/F code".
