I've packaged it already last week (and some new depends), but in a
quick manner because I've been debugging AIGLX issues with the 4.0
version of Molekel at the uni.

The latest release seems to be a almost-rewrite, and I'm not sure
the current molekel is as useful as the closed version from a
chemical/visualization point of view (the sticks view looks quite ugly,
e.g.), but it's still a good application to package.

I'll try to import my debian/ dirs after some more cleanup in the near
future.
