Aníbal Monsalve Salazar sent me this some time ago:

"[..] Sign the .dsc file and and put its URL in the subject of a mail
message and send the message to pbuilder[at]v7w.com and I'll take it
from there to review the package. [..]"

"[..] I forgot to tell you that after you have recieved the pbuilder
report, you review it and if you are happy with it, you send me
another email telling so, and then I'll review it and upload it
if the package is okay. [..]"

Try this (maybe contact Aníbal first), as long as Michael is in vacation
or request a sponsored upload at debian-mentors at l.d.o.
