As a GROMACS user, I'd prefer to keep the name "genbox" since it's one
of the tools in the GROMACS suite that is used quite often and a lot of
my scripts would need an update to work on a name change. I think there
are more people in the same situation.
On the other hand, one of GROMCAS's tools has been renamed already.
(ffscan, renamed to g_ffscan.) Since this one is rarely used (at least
by me), I didn't find that bothering.
I don't mind if genbox will be renamed. I just wanted to express my
concerns.
Best regards
Manuel
