I'm not very happy, that you apply this patch to gabedit. As I wrote in
the related bug-report, I sent it to upstream to apply it upstream. I
would really like to avoid maintaining such patches from the Debian
package (that's also the reason, why libint is delayed atm, because of
the configure-script). So if there are no strong reasons to apply it, we
should remove it from the package and not apply it.

BTW: It would help me much more, if you could be so kind to check
http://bugs.debian.org/438694. It is easily reproducible and there is
some good stacktrace. ATM I'm busy with some other packages. So if you
could try to solve this issue (IIRC you have C knowledge, right?), I
would really appreciate this. This bug is the reason, why I did not
update gabedit (upstream is not able to reproduce the issue and I was
too busy to have a closer look).

I reverted parts of this change (there is always a Makefile).
