Actually, I thought a while ago that the psi3 binary names are pretty
generic, and, as most of them are really only ran by the driving psi3
binary, should be in some libexec dir rather maybe, like /usr/lib/psi3.

We shall see how this works out and then move them.  If this does not
work out, we'll try to at least prefix those binary if something like
psi3_foo.

Might take a couple of days to implement this, though.
