  * debian/patches/01_undefined_symbol_in_so.dpatch: Adjusted for libg2c0-dev
    to libf2c2-dev change.
  * debian/patches/02_mopac7_path.dpatch: Removed (simply use sed in
    debian/rules).
  * debian/patches/03_fix_FORTRAN_source.dpatch: Added.
    - esp.f, symtrz.f: Fix programming issues (see #465723).
  * debian/patches/00list: Adjusted.
