[Debichem-devel] Bug#483586: gperiod: Incorrect character encoding for Ar, Kr, Xe

When displaying the information about the gases Argon, Krypton and
Xeon, the density information have wrong encoding of the degree sign.
It is correct for Neon and Radon.  The degree character seem to be
UTF-8 encoded twice.
