A new upstream gromacs release was just uploaded as 4.0.3-1, so consider
it dealt with.

However, wouldn't it make more sense to request the transition after
fixing the openmpi build on alpha?  It appears that compile hasn't
succeded since 1.2.7, which in turn causes the alpha builds of all its
reverse-dependencies (gromacs included) to fail because of unsatisfiable
build-deps.
