Spoke a little too soon: it compiles nicely on _lenny_, but once I retried in a
sid chroot, the previous error returned even with the spelling change.

/usr/bin/ld: non-dynamic relocations refer to dynamic symbol atomiq_
/usr/bin/ld: failed to set dynamic section sizes: Bad value
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
