[Debichem-devel] Bug#549268: Fails to parse arguments to command-line options

Hi,

Unfortunately this is a Debian packaging bug. The problem is
in /usr/bin/pymol. You can workaround it by replacing the "$*"
expression in the python command (line 9) with "$@".

This will be fixed in the next upload too.
