The open issues I am aware of:

1. RDKit has some endianess trouble in its test suite and got removed
from testing; I was in contact with Greg Landrum (upstream), but he does
not have access to hardware so his blind shots at patches were not
successful

2. We need to get some packages rebuilt on armhf/armel, I mailed the
buildd team, but no luck so far, will ping

3. Generally make sure packages transition to testing

4. Get newer upstream of Abinit (debian-science) sponsored

5. Check on CDK (debian-java) status, likely outdated

6. New upstream releases for Aces, MPQC and PSI are pending, but will
likely not make it

7. Possibly package Global Arrays (GA) and/or MADNESS libraries

8. Reshuffle tasks some more and make sure they are uptodate

9. Might be nice to enable the python bindings for NWChem

I will be on vacation for a week from Wednesday on (13th-20th of June),
so depending on the exact freeze date might not manage some or any of
the above :-/
