The Aces release has been wrapped according to
http://www.qtp.ufl.edu/ACES/download.shtml - they just haven't uploaded
the tarball yet. Not sure how well uscan helps here cause they play
tricks with the cookies and a registration form. When you fill it out
once, you can get to the FTP directory listing at
http://www.qtp.ufl.edu/ACES/downloads/source/ - I kept reloading the
page daily for a while now. Anyway, this is just a point release, so not
a big deal if it misses.
PSI4 is a different matter, they are still in the development process
and are working towards a release candidate. Besides, this is a
complete rewrite, so will likely take a while to package and might need
additional Build-Depends.
