Subject: R (+Rniftilib)

Rniftilib works beautifully with R 3.0.0. Several weeks later I did an apt-get 
install of r-base-dev,
current version is 3.0.1, and it broke Rniftilib.

Maybe we need version 3.0.0 ? Sorry for the trouble.
