[Debichem-devel] Bug#725347: mpqc: depends on deprecated Tcl/Tk 8.4

Dear Maintainer,

We plan to remove an obsolete Tcl/Tk 8.4 from the Debian archive before jessie
release. And appears that mpqc build-depends and mpqc-support depends on tk8.4 |
wish. So, it's better to remove tk8.4 dependency by replacing the whole thing
by just tk (tk pulls the current default tk8.* package, tk8.5 in sid, tk8.6 in
experimental and soon in sid).

I've prepared a small patch which does exactly that.
