There are messages "Deprecated parameter: plm_rsh_agent" in the log, it
could be that the OMPI_MCA_plm_rsh_agent=/bin/false hack does no longer
work.  I don't remember whether running the test suites without it
resulted in immediate crashes or hanging processes...
