Dear Maintainer,

ghemical currently FTBFS on arm64. It needs a config.{sub,guess} update, using autotools-dev.

In Ubuntu, the attached patch was applied to achieve the following:

  * Use autotools-dev to update config.{sub,guess} for new arches.
