unfortunately disabling parallel builds didn't help, perhaps you should 
request removal from sid on mips and mipsel, s.t. the package may migrate to 
testing on the other architectures. libpwiz is currently a blocker for the 
boost1.49 removal. There seem to be no further packages affected by such a 
removal:

anbe at coccia:~$ dak rm -Rn -a mips,mipsel libpwiz
W: -a/--architecture implies -p/--partial.
Will remove the following packages from unstable:

   libpwiz | 3.0.4624-1 | source
   libpwiz | 3.0.4624-8 | source
