[Debichem-devel] Bug#733737: Bug#733737: Add python3-cclib package

Hi Daniel,

We also recently moved cclib to git and github: https://github.com/cclib/cclib,
so the upstream repository used will need an update eventually.

More importantly, earlier this year -- after releasing 1.1 -- we switched to Python3,
and the master branch is now intended only for Python3. There is a python2 branch,
although I'm not sure if all new developments will get ported there.
