Files-Excluded is not part of the debian/copyright format version 1.0. I
wonder, where you got this. Also you should provide a uscan-compatible
script then. See e.g. openbabels debian/get-orig-source.sh, how this
works with debian/watch and uscan. One usually only needs to adjust the
rm command in the script.
