Dear Maintainer,

It would be great to have access to the postgresql cartridge. Currently, 
it seems it is not being installed:

postgres at mybox:~$ createdb test_rdkit
postgres at mybox:~$ psql -c 'create extension rdkit' test_rdkit
ERROR:  could not open extension control file
"/usr/share/postgresql/9.3/extension/rdkit.control": Datei oder
Verzeichnis nicht gefunden

I have installed the packages 

i A librdkit1                        - Collection of cheminformatics and
i   python-rdkit                     - Collection of cheminformatics and
i A rdkit-data                       - Collection of cheminformatics and
