Well, I can't reproduce this in sid (I just tried again), so I doubt a
bit that this is a genuine issue in jessie and not just an underpowered
build host. On the other hand, your build log has a couple of FAIL test
cases:

|FAIL: test_lr_exc_hf.sh
|FAIL: test_uhf.sh
|FAIL: test_tdhf_dynamics.sh

I don't see any failures, so in theory the output of those test cases
would be interesting, but I guess it would be difficult to access those?
