I might be mistaken, but from looking at
https://buildd.debian.org/status/logs.php?pkg=aces3&arch=arm64

It apparently built before.
However, feel free to set severity as you consider.

Thanks for all the effort! ATM I have no ideas, let's keep the bug
open to track the issue.
