Dear Maintainer,
The package fails to build. dpkg has recently[1] been made more
sensitive to date formats in the changelog, although it does not give
good errors. Please use standard format dates in your changelog (dch
gets them right!).
The only error printed is, at some point during the build:
Error parsing time at /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.20/Time/Piece.pm line 469, <$filehandle> line 5.
