libgcu0 has no reverse dependencies except other binary packages from
the same source package. Unfortunately, binNMU'ing this package would
be useless because dependencies look like "libgcu0 (>= 0.14), libgcu0
(<< 0.15)". I'd be interested to know why this isn't "libgcu0
(= ${binary:Version})" though.

In any case, there are some uses of std::string exposed in the public
API. So this package needs fixing.
