The kFreeBSD builds of chemps2 both failed:

    A required library with BLAS API not found.  Please specify library
    location.

Perhaps it would help to build-depend on libatlas-base-dev rather than
just libatlas3-base?  (I don't know why the latter is evidently
sufficient on Linux.)

Could you please take a look?
