Dear Debichem Team,

I have prepared a patch, which fixes #786355. This bug is
getting almost critical, because the newer eigen3 version
with dropped eigen2-support was released as
alpha-version (in experimental already).

I have also found that avogadro version in Ubuntu is higher than
in Debian, so I have merged Ubuntu`s version including their
fixes.

Is it OK for if I upload 1.1.1 version into experimental, fixing
thus both #786355 and #776914?

It would be also good if somebody experienced in this  program
will test it. I am not a used of this one, so I cannot test it
precisely.
