I'm particularly concerned about modification rights that appears to be 
prohibited.

Please investigate.

Also this license is missing from "copyright" file as well as BSL-1.0
license for the following files:
    cmake/modules/CppcheckTargets.cmake
    cmake/modules/Findcppcheck.cmake
    cmake/modules/GetGitRevisionDescription.cmake
    cmake/modules/GetGitRevisionDescription.cmake.in

Also file "share/OpenMS/CHEMISTRY/unimod.xml" refer to "Design Science License"
but I could not find the text of this license anywhere in the package.
