There is a slight chance that I'm wrong about some/all of this, since I'm not *exactly* familiar with the release process, but this is based on what I understand from reading their documents and doing packaging for a few years.
I hope we can keep biojava4-live and upgrading jalview would be great
but probably having sagemath is more important and we can work on
backporting jalview later.
