I couldn't verify which version of the BSD license this was supposed to
be and upstream couldn't tell me, either, so I've removed those files as
they belong to a non-Debian port (IBM BlueGene) anyway.

Also, I changed the BSD license text to the generic one from
http://opensource.org/licenses/BSD-3-Clause .

Right, it's the same file as ga-5-3/compat/random.c, so I added it along
with it.
