Well, it's a leaf package, I'd be fine to remove it from testing
temporarily in order to get openmpi in.

We also need to figure out the ELPA transition, and upstream fumbled on
the SONAME there, so I've held off on CP2K for a long time now.

So I'll prod them again, maybe I get both sorted in time for the openmpi
transition and/or will back out the ELPA changes again.
