Justification: FTBFS with GCC 6 on amd64

During a rebuild of all packages in sid using the gcc-defaults package
available in experimental to make GCC default to version 6, your package failed
to build on amd64. For more information about GCC 6 and Stretch, see:

Relevant part (hopefully):
> g++ -DMPIF2C -DMPI2 -DC_SUFFIX -DCB_SUFFIX -g -Wall -O2 -I../../sia/include -I../sial -I../../aces/aces_library/a2driver/aces2/include/ -I$MPIHOME/include  -I../../aces/aces_sial/ -L../../../lib -L/usr/lib -o sial \
>    sial.o  \
> -lsial -lsip_shared -laces2 -lgfortranbegin -lgfortran -ldl -lsip1 -lsip2 \
> && test -x sial || rm -f sial
> /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lgfortranbegin
> collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status

About the archive rebuild: The rebuild was done on EC2 VM instances from
Amazon Web Services, using a clean, minimal and up-to-date chroot. Every
failed build was retried once to eliminate random failures.
