[Debichem-devel] Bug#843141: src:ga hijacked libga-dev from another package

src:ga and src:galib seem to be completely unrelated packages,
that just happen to both use the acronym "ga".

libga-dev in Debian is built from  of src:galib since 2008,
but due to its higher version number src:ga has hijacked
this package (likely not intentionally).

The name of the package built from src:ga must change,
that's what this bug is about.

I will file a separate bug against src:galib for the epoch
that is required there to regain ownership of libga-dev.
