I looked at cclib today and hacked up setup.py and added a patch that
allows to run the test/test_*.py scripts from any directory.

With that, I could add a crude override_dh_auto_test target which runs
those test/test_*.py scripts, and it's also possible to run them from
the installed cclib-data package. I couldn't figure out off-hand how to
integrate them with setup.py.

Also, the script test/run_regressions.py appears to require the code
from https://github.com/cclib/cclib-data, we can look at that later I
guess.

Can you take a look whether that looks uploadable?

Also, I noticed you bumped the cclib 1.5 changelog, but cclib_1.5-1 does
not appear to be in the archive, did you forget to upload it or did it
get rejected?

Cheers,

Michael
